It's to be painted a very bright Smurf Blue , almost the colour it is now, but a much nicer pearlier colour, it will also have a 2nd colour as a design down the side. Just as a side not , this ute is being done with a very much Hot-Rod / Cali-Custom / American Minitruck influence to it. The wheels are 17" full Billet wheels from the USA as well... NO CHROME! That's the whole idea Lots of fabrication work to be done though, Need to change the steering from a Drop-Arm Steering Box system to a Rack and Pinion system... Have to change the diff... ( Shortened no less ) The Steering system is then going to force me to change the front suspension system... Oh... and also, the engine needs me to recess the firewall a little. Now the suspension is here , we can finish the front end. Honestly the 8 week wait for the front suspension was the only reason things hit a slow spot.
