atropine
Build Thread //oldschool.co.nz/index.php?/topic/18668-petereteps-mk1-escort/ nice lookin project man.. envious of those 'lites.. is the kendalls(?) pricing much better than burton on those cobra classic seats? getting leather or vinyl? nice rocker cover too
peteretep
kendalls is 425 for one w/o a headrest and 650 with but its 160 for rails and you have to add gst, i'll be getting 1 seat w/o headrest so it will cost about 660 inc rails and gst. But then burton is about 1200nz for 2, but then you have to think about freight time too. either way its expensive i'll be getting black vinyl as leather is about twice the price yea rocker cover cost me 200 when i bought the engine
Pushrod
Those are the same seats I want for the Anglia maybe they will give us a bulk price but I doubt that

Guest WESTCORT
nice update bro lots of shit that i need to get for my eski aswell... any idea on price of the leaves lowered 45mm and stiffened but without the tramp leaf? also whatd u pay for the kings? how long did it take u to put the coils in the front? sweet, oh and are you gona shorten either shocks if it goes through wof without any probs? cher
peteretep
thanks, cost 220+gst to get it lowered and made 25% harder with the extra leaf i think, mine cost 260+gst so not 100% on that price but something like that. kings cost 210 inc courier from bmwsparkle, he had them specially imported for me and were the only pair in the country, theyre 4cylinder capri springs, took about 1.5 hours to do mostly by myself, reasonably easy just heavy and i dont think i'll shorten my shocks unless something happens when i get a wof but should be alright
peteretep
another thing is that you will probably need the extended U-bolts too becuase (snells told us this) the thread must be at least 15mm from the end of the bolt when it is done up to get a wof that cost $

L0WMK2
what was the conversion price and prices for p&p like? take long after ordered?
peteretep
all that cost 1300 nz except fucking gst, had to pay 190 before customs would release it... anything over 1000nz has gst. postage was 100nz and it weighed 8kg. Calipers cost 500nz(pair) and supposedly bolt straight onto where the m16 calipers were, they come with mounting brackets too, I bought wilwood pads too burton told me that the pads are quite hard to find, was 125nz for them. I also have a billet aluminium thermostat housing and a billet oil breahter coming over too
