RT Posted May 24, 2005 Share Posted May 24, 2005 It's an 87 XF Falcon, dedicated LPG ex-pig mobile. 4.1L inline 6, auto bruiser cruiser. Full leather interior, indep suspension, p/s, sunroof etc. This is what it looked like when I got it. High as heaven with a gay police ariel sticking out of boot. Now with custom springs made for each corner and shortened shocks. New boot, tints and iron-cross stickers Thats about all I've done, its quicker than I expected from dedicated LPG. It's running high compression and advanced ignition I think as it's seems reasonable grunty. Great for sideways action. I plan on getting some rims when I can be fucked and I'm planning a engine rebuild. This ones got 290,000k's on it but runs like a dream never misses a beat and starts first pop in the southern mornings. (probably won't start tomorrow now that I said that) I'm also looking at getting a gas-cam, ported head to run 10:1 comp if I can find some other pistons. I'm also going to convert the lpg system to run on a efi intake and get extractors n exhaust..but it's my daily driver so I don't know when this will happen.
