Headlights for taillights?
Please post pics in the design fails and fabrication foibles thread

All in good time... But I think we can move on from this topic for now - I reckon it'll be legal with some minor modifications...

The legal way to do it is take to a tsda

Get them to remove it

Do paint etc

Take back and they refit chassis number

Too late now as I took it off without even thinking about it at the time - The frame number is still legible and I still have the original vin plate.

It's just hardware store pop rivets holding it on, isn't it? Most importantly, will anyone ever know and will I get hassles from wof inspectors

Do you need to have reverse lights hooked up for cert/wof?

(I did search this thread and the LVV documents - couldnt find anything specific either way. I did 'see Cletus mention you don't legally need reverse gear (you probably should!?) but if do have the gear and not the corresponding illumination - fail or all good?)
