definitely a good idea to use centering spacer.

there was a q&a thing on the lvv website which said you couldn't redrill a 4 stud disc to 5 stud or vice versa,  but have had a few brake kits approved like that where the holes were pretty close together, but then had a plate over the extra holes so the whole thing was sandwiched together

a lot of the MRP brake kits come with multi drilled discs

This is one of those hub infront of disk setups so wheel pcd is not changed at all. 6 holes to bolt the disk to the hub. I have chosen a rotor as close as I can find off the shelf.

Would that be considered any different?

The mounting bolt pcd on the rotor is unfortunately ever so slightly larger than the one on the hub.

Looks like I will redrill in the space in-between. Is there a minimum distance to the edge I can have the holes?

I'll get someone to make the centering ring and drill them

Here's a pic

How much can be changed on a car with a modification declaration certificate before it would need a new LVVTA cert?

Very little, but in service replacements only. ie: anything that could be expected to wear out.

One other thing you need to remember about a declaration, it is NOT a statement of safety, all it is, is a document that confirms that a vehicle was modified at the time the declaration was issued. It says NOTHING about how safe it is or isn't.

For example, this car looks to have a lot of new stuff on it that probably would put it over the limit?

Can't really see much of the suspension but it looks like it has quite new coilovers in the back at least

So I was told that you will no longer be able to build a rota van as they are no longer certable?

What about converting Utes to a rotary?

(my life long dream of a Rotavan ownership hinges on this...)

I thought it was mandatory, all vans be converted to rotary, in Hamilton.

If I have a current wof, then go for a cert do I need another wof check?

Only asking because local certifier likes to see a wof check sheet passed on everything except the fact that car has no cert.

Not sure if this is just the way he does things or not.
