DIFF RATIO

I have a 1600 crossflow esky, when i put the engine back in it will have a mild road/race cam (still to find out specs) over sized valves side draft carbs and a good exhaust system. I'm pretty sure i need to change the diff head too. I think i have a 4.11? pretty sure but not 100%. I want it to bequick of the mark but the still be able to pull out and pass cars when doing 60 - 80 kph. I was thinking a 3.77 a 3.54 might be a bit to slow off the mark.

cheers
