zep
I don't know of anything which bolts right up to an oldschool corolla, but if you want some strenght, use a hilux one, you could prolly get it cut down to fit. A detroit locker would prolly set you back a fair bit.
Guest savant
If its just a 4k and you dont have much cash i'd just go for another stock diff i'm sure you could pick one up from a wrecker for fuck all. If you're keen on circle work then get it locked but you'll need to find a leniant wof place. LSD would be sweet but a bit harsh on the old pocket, as zep said hilux ones are pretty cheap and you could get it cut down to fit. i've heard lockers are unpredictable as, at least if its locked its locked all the time so you know you're going to be doing skids ;D
Jebus
Yeh man an LSD from an AE86 will fit almost right in, just needs shortening a bit but cost alot, mine was gunna cost about $800 for the diff and brake setup, also with going that option you get disc rear brakes. Otherwise if youre made of coin as they said a Hilux diff but the chances of you breaking that are almost Nil with a 4K A locker is good fun, except when driving round corners, round hard corners at slow speeds it will probaly bounce in the wet it will carry on in a straight line when you drive round a corner, good only for a temporoary thing, but NEVER as good as an LSD. ROTA NUT 13B
Lockers are pretty crazy aye, had one in my sev, bit dicey in the wet - when they step out they step out big good for swingin tight o's but thats bout it, mine broke an axle just reversing out of my ex's drive so i took it out and put a stocker in, still steps out nicely
