  1. Thats probably more of an issue with the other guy than colour of car.
  2. Title was extremely misleading.
  3. What's the deal with re drilling strut towers? have bought some mx73 Bc Golds to go into my celica, but the bolt spacings in the camber plate are different. I could possibly use the ones currently in it but would prefer to use the bc ones if possible
  4. The thing with running two rear barrels is the rears are always different to the front. They tend to have no step and just look ugly.
  5. Things and stuff happened today. Motor and box are now in. Need to get some bolts for the gearbox then can chuck driveshaft in. Couple of jobs to do before wire up, like sort out powersteering lines, which im hoping to do this week. Also found aother pair of centre caps to finish off my wheels.
  6. Also it's only a 2jzge. For the price you will pay shipping it to you etc you could find one locally
  7. I want to have 20v dorts with this
  8. Oh cool might give it a hoon. OK for alloy I'm assuming? Yea will see how they look just alloy, will probably go silver eventually.
  9. Havent done a whole lot to this cause of busy reasons but am hoping to change that soon. Annoyingly the spare struts i have are different to the ones in the car, so will have to cut and lower the threaded tube on the original ones. Have some new tubes to do this. Also bought some more wheels. A pair of 14x8 -12 and 6j Mk3s. Will run the 8s on the front and get the 6s widened, hopefully in the next month or so. Am planning on stripping the black paint off cause its quite bland, and running no paint until i decide on a colour. Any idea on a good paint stripper i could use? Dont really want to get them sandblasted
  10. Dont give a shit what it looks like tbh. Just dont want to make the hole bigger.
  11. So I have an oldish dished Nardi in my Celica. Like it a lot, but there is a little hole right where my hand goes and is quite annoying, as you can see below. Is there some way I could repair this without having to re trim the entire wheel?
  12. For vacuum you just run a vacuum block. Easy peasy
  13. Sorted. Chucked in a new set of glow plugs and now running like a charm
  14. Cheers guys. Yea it was sudden, never had trouble with it starting the whole time I've owned it. Will check the relay and probably wouldn't hurt to replace the glow plugs anyway. Engine is 4j62. Coolant level hasn't changed since I did it 6 months ago. Engine has been replaced like 2 years ago after original shat the bed
  15. So in the last couple of days ive had a problem with my Bighorn. Model is a 1996 3.1 Auto Turbo diesel. Have had no troubles with it until last Friday when i went to go to work. Jumped in and tried to start it, all it did was turn over. Not firing at all. Was running late for work so just jumped into my other car. On my way home I grabbed another battery as the one in it was in pretty bad shape. Chucked new battery in and it fired up after a bit of hesitation. Took it for a decent 20min drive and all seemed well. Didnt use it again until yesterday, and the same thing happened. Not starting, just turning over. Had to be somewhere so again used my other car. When i got back it started fine. Went for another drive, nothing wrong. Tried it a few times over the course of the day and each time it started on pretty much the first crank. Now this morning it wont start again. Just turning over. Been trying to think what could be the problem but am shit with this sort of thing. Any ideas for what i could check?
