  2. I found the details on oldschool from the guy with rt40 rona up north that needed one. See if I can locate it.
  3. Was on the tele ringer with a bloke that's prepared to mould and make me a batch of windscreens, keen to find anyone else in nz with a 40 series crown that may be interested in buying in on the batch?? Have spoken to the couple with the wagon in b.o.p. and they're in. Was always talk of about 6 of these kicking around so who knows where ????
  4. So cool to see this pop up again, something pretty damn cool about a sohc turbo 4g
  5. Any chance you could write me up some paperwork to help when I register it? Would be choice if so
  6. Round two, a little more complex with the curves Quick snack break, 10/10 Not perfect but will dolly and hammer a better finish another day
  7. Been a hot minute, long weekend and no kid has resulted in a burst of motivation. Decided to punch on with the engine bay Be warned I don't do rust or panel work, I usually don't have the patience and screw it up by rushing Removing the original washer bottle mount on the tub that just looked ugly Rounded the edges as instructed by dave This was as far as i got then dave tidied my butchery up somewhat. Looks a million times better already Chur
  8. Show us the real dyno sheets
  9. Such cool ute dawg 😎
  10. Dragged the old girl out of storage and back to my whare With intentions to finish off the exhaust work as it only had the front half But then this happened....... Just my luck It caught the concrete lip while going into shed and yeah made my job bigger Little bit of a straighten out And some exhaust pipe pieces thanks to all the parts L200s on the lawn *im not spending money on an exhaust thatll get changed after the vehicle is complied. Bit ugly but it works, going to try it with just one muffler at the rear but may need to add something in the middle
  11. Just need to make it clear this guy is not from Northland, he is from a boat, conceived on a boat, Probably makes love to a boat too We run a tight ship up here and don't tolerate this kind of behavior
  12. Have you been working on your car jesse
  13. I dig the riverside wheels they look choice! Had a set myself but onsold them to a mate
  14. I'll be heading to this , keen to see how it goes and get my magpie on with shinny old things everywhere Many other oldschoolers going?
  15. Is this a v6? If so the manual motors had a different crank to autos so manual swap isn't so easy. So if wanting go ahead from my experience with wasting money on cars, consider finding a whole car that has the bits you want. Take the bits you want, swap them over, sell off the rest. Bigger outlay of money to begin but generally works out cheaper and easier.
