So after trying to fix the 1G-EU overheating problem / just wanted to take it apart for the hell of it, i found it had a blown head. Wasn't hard to guess So i brought a 1G-GE and a 1JZ-GE

sanding is homo! well have painted the engine bay and all the jams looks a lot better in real life. not this pink shit

sand it all off (best as you can really and then just cover the shit out of it in primer) if you went back to bare metal, etch primer then primer What..? lacquer.... 2k first off lacquer is cheap and wont last long and putting 2k clear over it will make it last a little bit longer...but still not that long

Problem is. The colour you see on the car now isnt its original colour, so colour charting it was hard....... and the car is faded as hell so yea iv got my colour now and all payed for . and yes its a solid colour it like the SV6 colour but a little darker ............Diablo red ............ fuk i hope it looks good ps: paint is cheap

my bad. its the shades of red, its going to be red. Thats all i know so far im thinking pearl or metallic is a no go. also that infiniti has no pearl im liking that SV6

Been colour shopping (there are piss all red cars for sale in plamy) and going thought the colour charts is just too hard going to go for something a long the lines of this infiniti thing. just darker

The vin plate reads TRANS / AXLE a42dl t282 but i think thats all wrong now. i catch up with the guy i bought it off a few weeks ago and he said the org diff was fuk as. no teeth so he replace it (and the guy he bought it off said good luck breaking this one) so im thinking its an F series cant find a pic of what a T series looks like that look exactly the same lol yes mum

Im assuming F series? F series IRS with a decent LSD centre will be fine for a 2jzgte, theres plenty of them around yet to spit diffs. meh i think its F but it not lsd allso what is this W5?
