something i learned / hadn't experienced yet is cooling system malfunction & the simple effect it had on fuel usage Running too cold / facebook mechanics told me Thermostat was stuck open the culprit, and its replacement packaging and the result if I hadn't just towed a trailer to Napier & back I had immediately noticed a VAST improvement in fuel usage on the one trip up we did sans trailer : got down to as low a 8L/100km at highway speeds (not average per tank just purely at 100kph) keen to see how she goes over the next tank or two tl:dr too cold is bad like a turbo you need heat sometimes

are are you.. are you asking a question in the thread you're supposed to be the keeper of? & yea nah doubt it, you might be able to apply to P-Plates to get the old one & just rock it (similar to getting og black plates on a Car) on other hand I dont think they drop off the system for a few years / 2 I think, as in you do not need to put trailers on hold similar to Classic cars (40 years) Though I did buy a frame with an old black plate & at the time (2007 ish) I was told no its dead, get new plate /ling

Litterally driving the tits of it & this bit wore out Speedo drive, lucky I still had the OEM gearbag in the shed (the Chrysler Wagon makes a great Shed for parts) had it out in two tics & hopefully fresh WOF this arvo, a few other things like no brake lights & such getting sorted at same time can anyone tell me about this drive? Colour is important apparently & just planning ahead 'for next time' is it specific to BW45's or will I find one in a Manual box too? at worst I guess could always get one 3D printed or what-not eh reply in me discussion there here : //oldschool.co.nz/index.php?/topic/28525-jokers-avenging-hill-mans-discussion/page-6
