  1. Out of interest what is the sw20 rad WxL? I will likely V mount IC and rad in z31 whenever i get to spend more time on it (heeding the advice above of just get it running again of course)
  2. ^got a point, either rad mounted up right would certainly get it fired up and revving in garage to 10krpm
  3. wondering if you do that then you could form up a reasonable sheetmetal cowl to direct/force air in the right spot if needed/get some air in from underneath

  6. im keen to see what you do here re half shafts, its the bane of fwd engine/gearbox swaps unless you have a lego parts bin. I seem to recall something about a splice to be welded but was ages ago i looked and outside my skill level/found some lego instead. You can also employ this when you put the sr20ve 20v with sr16ve gearbox in your k11 if nissan lego doesnt work

  14. id guess at fire wall stampings being fine, so long as you have japan dereg cert at least alternator charging circuit will only be mild fuckery on these mega jealous, was one of the dream cars growing up, look forward to seeing more of it

(I'm no expert but) why do you think you actually need more pressure? i thought the lifters just take out the slack so it was purely down to differential pressure being enough to keep the slack out of this system (without getting to pump up scenario) Or are you thinking existing pressure would be too low to keep lifters 'slackless' as a result of new cam/rpm or something?

  17. I remember when fuel told me these had transverse engines (iirc) and for some reason that blew my mind in a wtf kind of way cos always assumed they were rwd based on 'the look' and supra/300zx vibes
