I rate AU2 as the best of the lot and if I could find one and finances allowed I’d be buying a AU3 VCT Cobra. B series suspension is a consumable

Did you do anything regarding upgrade to the valve springs? I had one with a cam and a little head work in it in my first stockcar and they were the built in rev limiter at around 7500rpm. You probably know this but pay attention to the oil pump drive.

It’s yellow. Still needing clear 

Pictureless update due to being angry at myself.

Had tank and front guard in top coat and had sanded the couple of small runs out.

Gave it a wipe down with a rag and some prepsol. Let it dry and started putting on the (what I thought would be) topcoat before the clear. Finished up and left them in the sun.

Went back half an hour later and the frigging lot has reacted. 
Turns out this Rustoleum paint doesn’t like prepsol.

so front guard has been ripped back to bare steel again. Tank tomorrow.

Bought paint yesterday. It’s bright. 
YELLOW. Throwback to my old days where my first 2 bike were yellow. I think it will look okay
