Monza 200 are well obsolete. I still have a set on a pulsar, the're rubbish. I have a set of 300Es on a work Corolla. I rate them well.

Best to worst Goodyear Ducaro Dunlop SP300E Firestone TZ100 Nankang xr611 Supercat There would not be much difference between the top 2, or the lower 2 for that matter.
  4. The water cooling hose for the turbo on my Lancia comes straight off the bottom of the radiator and then up to the main pipe to the water pump. Its the only car ive seen like that though. Using coolant off the block is fine. 80 degrees C is much cooler than 100-120 degrees the oil can get to, not to mention the heat transfered from the turbine. I agree its not essential on any turbo but its a good thing.
  5. Put it this way, it can only be better, not worse to run coolant through the turbo. The plain bearing old T3 off my Lancia is water cooled so its got nothing to do with ball bearing, or ceramic etc. It takes a little effort but I always hook up the water cooling. People leave the water cooling off as they are lazy or its just too difficult.
  6. Even high quality ones can be out by 0.5psi or so, some even autometer can be 1psi out. If they dont sit on 0 with the engine off does not mean they are totally inaccurate on boost.
  7. Most diesel engine oils have an SAE rating for petrol too. The rating will probably be older than modern petrol oil.
  8. Prices have got a bit out of control really. $1000 would almost get a new set. They use to go for around $400 back when I had a car with carbs. A lot of people buy them and spend a load of cash on them and expect ot get their money back now.
  9. 45's are kinda "standard" for these really. EFI had a bit of wow factor even though it wont really give any more power. I would not bother with 4AGE throttle bodies, just get some DCOE style ones.

    Safety belts

You can get aftermarket ones from Autoliv, through Repco etc. You can fit just static belts (manual adjustment). If the car does not require belts, you can remove them and get a WOF.
  11. The filter can be placed anywhere after the EFI pump. You NEED to use a screen filter before the efi pump too.
  12. What sort of Delta do you have? Cage is about $1500.
  13. Delta 1600 has a T2 Delta HF 4WD has a T3 50 trim Delta Integrale 8V T3/4 Delta Integrale 16V T3 Delta Integrale Evo T3 Thema/Croma 8V T3 50 trim Thema 16V T3 50 trim Thema 16V S3, T3 (smaller than S2) Integrale 8V got the biggest turbo, a big factory T3/4. They actually got progressively smaller after that. T3's are common as on 80's euros.
  14. IHI VJ20 of a GTX VF10 would be a slight overkill,
