I can chuck one on the trailer, 1KW Honda is pretty quiet, or I have an OS Briggs one for entertainment value.

Getting full paint or just touching up repairs?
Full repaint, didn't seem to be much point otherwise given the scope of repairs, and the bonnet has never matched exactly (had it repainted in the USA when we first got the car as it was burnt from the engine air-cleaner fire)
Going for the same colour, nothing too fancy.Somewhat tempted by these plates on TM, but wif probably wouldn't approve.

I bought one of these a few years ago, seems to work fine for me. Only 180A but I mostly do light gauge stuff anyway.
Think it was about 1k back then, now $1500 incl.

A bit over 6 years since it came apart. I bolted the front suspension back together without many dramas
Put the steering back in
Enlisted a helper to tighten up the caliper mounts
And moved it!
Out of the garage then winched back onto the lift. Will drop the engine/box back in before fagnats hopefully.

The mechanic has just told me that it's only getting one spark per two revolutions of the engine.
Isn't that what you would expect from a 4-stroke engine though, dizzy runs at 1/2 crankshaft speed?

Whilst it was dead stock I still would take that thing for a blat every chance I could. Blitzing the throttle in a full lock turn lit up the wheels with ease and I would proceed to piss a large amount of cheese.
Can't even imagine how cool it will feel to drive this thing when it's together! You make magic happen mate. Seriously impressive.Oh, a trike you say?

Some plastics respond well to waft over from a butane torch.
Probably best to test it on a spare part, or the back or something first.

It's probably more now, and extra for the electrogalv/zintec type, and delivery but likely affordable. The plain cold rolled does rust, I spray it with crc to keep that in check.

I welded mine to the lower arms, but mine have one fixed end so don't need to rotate.
Something clamped on to the arms would be fine I think, there's no real load on the sensor links
