used to be the myth/thought that cos of 2 rotors they should be x2 the cc rating, 12a = 2400cc, 13b = 2600 

not sure how common it was for certs to be listed like that, but used to be that way for certain race classes.

Yeh I did the MR2B form a few months ago, local AA place said bring in bike for inspection etc.  Tried a few weeks later a different place in Auckland and walked out with new plates and 3 months rego.

Recommend trying elsewhere if you have the option.
