  1. Is it a factory side glass? if so it will most likely be Toughened but yes it will have a stamp on it. What is that you are actually trying to do, i'm a auto glazier by trade i may be be able to offer some help
  2. What kind of glass is it? as you can't drill Laminated or Toughened glass
  3. I had a King Spring in my corolla snap in half from hitting a medium size pot hole. Never used or recommended them to anyone since
  4. Thats the BC gear, it's a copy of the Greddy Design, except that the Greddy one's have a new Spindle incorporated into front, so no chopping or welding required.
  5. i got a set 14x6 for sale, same offset. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=145427783 Send me a pm if you wanna come try them on & we could work out a deal
  6. Yep you're right on the money there, i put the shocks in it, they're DX wagon shocks & are about 100mm shorter than what standard starlet shocks are. Was real mint when i had it on cutties, but i believe it now has standard springs back in it, & because thy're too long for the shocks they're basically holding them at full extension constantly Put it back on cutties, they were all captive with those shocks, looked way better too
  7. Cheers anyway, can't say i blame him, Hoarding shit is awesome
  8. No they were available in the two colour options, Red or Gold
  9. Yeah maybe, i like them a lot, but not 100% sold on the idea of red centres, & i'm not really prepared to repaint them, rather keep them original
  10. So i'm guessing you got Spencers set of 3, i was considering getting them as spares. Yeah the boys at the local Toyota know me pretty well
  11. Cheers to all for the comments, Dat180, There are a full set of 4 formula stars, just rolled one out for the photo. mixmasterlex, haha i always see you thrashing that starlet around, that car rules hard. Unclejake, cheers for the offer, if you bump in to him then my all means ask the question, otherwise i'll just order one in from japan
  12. There's one set on a van in CHCH, but they only 13"
  13. Can i buy your Advan's? they've got to be one of the ugliest wheels ever, i love them
  14. Found a couple of photos that might interest you This is a 245/35 R15 on a 15X10
  15. Mean wheels, i was trying to buy them too but was too late
  16. There's a lot more involved with tyre stretching than just picking the skinniest tyres, you need to be paying more attention to the shape of the sidewall. If a tyre has a rounded sidewall to begin with, it's never going to look any good. 225's is pretty close to the limits on a 10" wide rim, anything narrower & you're just going to have constant issues with them
  17. 175/60's or 185/60's would be the best, only 6mm difference in sidewall between them. This is a 175/60 on a 14x6
  18. Send me a PM with your email & i'll send a pic
  19. I got two solutions to your wheel fitments issuses, 1. Take the front pair to an engineer and have some meat machined out of the mounting hub, effectively increasing the offset. or 2. I could swap you a pair or full set of mine, they're 14x6 +15, fit sweet on a KP

    Stud Patterns

I think you'll find that the stud pattern on those is correct, but the offset will be wrong, as far as i know that style only comes in 35-45p offset, & is not available as a blank. So you will still need to run hub adaptors to use them
  21. If you have access to a welder, just weld a wheel nut on the end of it

    Wheel Widening

Elite Wheels on Annex Road in Christchurch do wheel widening, & i also i think Royce Clive Engineering, which is under the blenheim road overbridge
  23. Even just check that the manifolds are on tight, on my brother's 3K the securing bolts on the inlet manifold were only just finger tight, causing it to run on 3 cylinders
