Hey Benno Just came across this super ancient thread, not sure if you're still out there or following this I think you're the only one left alive who's ever worked on one of these things.. I've come across one (what im sure is the only one) in Australia and i'm in the process of restoring, it's probably testing your memory a bit (dunno if you even did this) but i dont suppose you'd know how to get the little generator off the crankshaft? Clutch pullers will rip it to shreds. All of the service manuals in the world for this thing seem to have been burned or sacrified to a goat or something. PS Loving that Escort in your profile pic, i'm working on an old 1200 datto that's very similar.
