hi all haven't been on for a few months, been a hard few weeks , my wife died of cancer 6 weeks ago . so i haven't done much car wise ,the roof chopped ve as going to be her car so i haven't got the heart to work on it , so its going in to storage just to get it out of site . so i thought i would do a fun car for me ,had a spare ve wagon here so i am making another gasser , this one is drag car only , got a chrysler 400 and 727 a axle out of a dodge truck and a ford explorer diff .the car is real rusty in the floors and chassis so i am cutting it all out and making my own chassis and new floors , here a fw pics .

nice to another little mopar coming alive.i see there is a few mopar motor experts on here .might need some help from you boys latter on ,son wants me to build a twin turbo set up for his coupe . what sort of dollers are you guys paying for the explorer diffs

early on i cut all the inner guards and front panel off ,makes it real easy to fit motor in and out , front panel bolts on now . put some lights in the stills so when you open the doors the mopar lights up . the front panel with the colour the car will be ,and all chrome blacked out

thanks the gasser was a fun build ,and is a fun car to own and drive .this one was just to see how much i can modifiey a boring old 4 door

this was the one with the twin blowers but got pissed off with trying to get all the belts and pulles set up ,so took it off

been doing the new inner guards the last few weeks,boots all lined with new tank as ell

the headers go though the fire wall and out though the a pillar .with electric cutouts in behind the front guard , and a t section going to the rest of the exhaust

made my own headers and full exhaust .

just doing the doors and rear guards at the moment new skins on doors and rear guards and new sills had them made deeper so car looks lower to the ground ,also cut the rear bumper and added two inchs into it

got anther coupe as well needs a lot of work

diff and rear wheels,and rool bar and rear legs in

under side is all done full chassis connectors .
