Stuck at home with covid. There was a couple areas on the frame that needed a wire wheel and some zinc so i pulled rite apart did the. •frame •foot rests •cleaned up some bits and bobs ie electrics i was bit lazy on the motor insatall hahha •polished up some crome Looks mint as now happy as w8n on a side cover and ill paint that and shell b done

The ol mini bike has really been great. Im not sure what to do i have a mint running villers mark 12 thats just so cool and runs well to. Do i.. Pull the 5hp briggs out and put in the villers or build another hmm

New headlight arrived so stoked

Ol girl still going strong think maby the alternator on way out or the battery. Shes more than happy to cruise around town fora while but if go over bout 40mins electrics start going funny

Big ride today went faultess happy as a solid couple hours riding hooked up a proper kill switch. Noticed my head stock bearings bit meh so that's next but whata day

Yea on the trip we lernt it wasnt turing on cause it to creep in temp. Nothing bad at all just enough to make me sort something out

Done the rocket cover gasket and painted cover scored some mesh esk wheels

Figerd the radiator fan wasnt do f all so wired up to a switch same with spot lights not that they do f all but whats a shit box rally car without spot lights rite hahah. Maby will replace radiator with a bigger one at some point

Big day today full send it did well didnt overheat but definitely need q bigger radiator to help keep cool. Found radiator fan wasnt workn so wired to a switch and finally wired spot lights up

Dont really have plains for this jem other than just have fun with it. But if the motor plays up ill chuck a lifan 125 in it but for now shes happy days
