As a covered option I'd suggest the Pak n Save carpark. Right nearby (obviously) so can still grab some BK, and there's usually heaps of space over the back away from the doors.

Yeah, I'll be getting a cert at the end as I'm changing all the suspension. The car had a cert for some budget Lancer seats before it was taken off the road, but I'm changing those out for Recaros which will need to be mounted differently.
