Hey my fil is currently building a replica of this old thing (1928 studebaker special), straight 8 powered with a Toyota box and a 28 studebaker modified chassis and diff, he’s wondering if he can get it road legal? As he doesn’t want side intrusion bars (no doors), gards , roll bars, shoulder seat belts, windscreen wiper, sun visor etc. thanks

I built this home job water/air separator as a bit of an experiment, seems to well, could have spent an extra 5 min mounting it nicer.

Think the 20mm rule is for spacers, 30mm for adaptors

A mate has just brought 30mm wheel adaptors from the states for his Land Rover, hubcentric and well made, problem is they’re actually 38mm, is there a way he can cert them or they junk? Thanks

Can start a truck with the pto engaged , ones at work we do anyway if the air pressure has been built up. Is it stuck in gear? Could always drop the driveshaft if you really want to try it out. You will need to have a good hose from your pump to your ram before doing anything else first.

I’ve got a good pair of chrome Lucas spotties you can have for postage, they’re the type that mount off a bumper. If you’re interested I can get a pic.

Complete mounts, although if you’re running a 4g52 they may work too. Must be fairly rare wagon , had a few 1850 colts back in the day yours seems to have the same front.
