I straighten truck axles with heat. It's actually the cooling and shrinking. Heat the outside of the bend cherry red then let it go back to room temp. It shrinks the most right before it goes cold. You don't have to heat a big area, just like a spot or a line. Also if it's not enough you can heat the same spot again and it'll shrink more

The injector returns to the fuel pump. At full throttle if the pump is supplying more fuel than the injectors can handle then it returns. The fuel pump has a return also back to the fuel tank

It's a return line, you see it goes to a banjo off all 4 injectors.

Can you dti the disc? Make sure the disc/axle isn't bent or warped. Also I'd be checking the caliper slide pins are moving freely. Is there a wear mark on the disc on the opposite side from the not contacting part of the disc?
