  1. not usual to have a break in the loom, or if you have a headlight switch check the put your multimeter to horse shoe mode over that. Check you have a good earth at the light too.

A/C should be the yellow wire from memory. Go check you have some AC Pixies right down at your stator and go from there.

A long way out, and I don't want to clog up the thread this early with theoretical maybes. But how many North Island bikes would head down if there was a bulk freight option from somewhere in the NI to a spot close to the start point?

The guys that got bikes moved down on a few pallets, how did this go? And how much?

I'm gonna try do a few sums, my hunch is that it probably wouldn't make sense unless there were a lot of bikes.

The Auckland Red flaggotz (c) 1993 all rights reserved  will make the trip if we can make it work.

@sentra "more than just electrical " is the freight king and is pretty handy with a roll of glad-wrap too (this also applies to wrapping bikes as well as doing secs stuff) but I suspect that is ex Jackson's depot only.

Also this is worth a clear on the clutch side if you haven't already.

Agree with experience to all of @Mop Head observations.

Also of note is the cutch works as a centrifugal oil filter and the housing around the retaining nut will have a thick layer of sludge in it that's worth cleaning out if you're in there too.

Still no big bore kits on ali express for these motors sadface.gif. but they do sell rings that seem to be ok.

The earlier 110s ones had the CDI pickup on the head and you could easily advance the timing and get a fair bit more speed out of them. The later ones have the pickup inside the flywheel and it's not so easy.

  4. Oh Hi. With just a little angle grinder, a  Suzuki a100 motor should fit in that frame, offering 4 speeds and more nangs.

Here's one I prepared earlier on the earlier U50 model.

    Regards

I think you need to talk to your neighbour about how they dress their cat..

Agree / this cat was imported with the family from Sout AFRIKA and it doesn't stop moving all day.

Must get into every car / tree / roof / it's hard case.

It is also telling me to find blue door cards for my E30
