Apologies for stuff link but what will the likely outcome of this be? Seems pretty harsh on the owner of the Ute https://stuff.co.nz/business/118042553/better-off-dead-after-loose-bolt-causes-crash

I cant remember if I have asked this already but can a fabricated upright similar to this be certified?

Kjet is great on na engines, bit of a pain on turbo engines. I reckon Mercedes did the best set up with the fuel distributor mounted on the intake manifold and sucked the flap down, less prone to air leaks. The later systems had an electronic pressure regulator on the fuel distributor and ditched the wur all together

At least you will know when you are getting low on gas. I use to get the same thing on my audis but when cornering hard to the left

Just remembered the other game I played was commander keen.

I think the olds still have the microprose grand prix game in it's original box, don't have a floppy drive to see if they still work though

Does anyone remember the Acorn computers? Had them in the class room when I was at primary in 95 and then they were replaced with compaqs running win95

I got some shitty old cnc plasma machine controllers up and running after everyone saying yea nah mate can't get parts for it. All it needed was a new power supply, video card, ram, hdd, touch screen and some repairs to the key pad.

That will be plenty of air flow over it

They are 3.7 nominal voltage per cell so would be 37v. I get mine from revolectrix. They happily ship them and are pretty good price, wouldn't even need the fancy high discharge rate ones

Do you have to run the 18650 cells? I have 5s 5000mah lipos for my rc stuff, could run 4x of them to give 10s 10000mah

Supercharger on a diesel makes zero sense -
I just re registered a Falcon, inspection cost $400. I had already undersealed the bottom as it had spotty surface rust.

Would be interesting to check the noise because on the rs audis with the sports exhausts they are pretty loud, can hear an rs3 from a few blocks away

When converting a car to auto does it have to be able to go into park? It's shifted electronically and only uses a cable for park
-
What difference does it make having equal length axles? I know nothing about diffs but while rebuilding the diff for my isuzu I noticed it had equal length axles so at least I only need to carry 1 for a spare
-
I'd take $800, it cost me just over $1000

Ive still got that brand new Holset if your keen
-
Theres a few adapters out there for fitting the lt230 to various transmissions/gearboxes
-
Thats still the original series chassis and diffs on leaf springs, it just has the engine and trans from a disco

My next project is going to be a series 2 or 3 swb on a discovery chassis, discovery is 100" wheel base so will need to be cut down. I already have the discovery and the land rover 24 spline is plenty strong enough for the power it will have. Why do you want to go to a ifs chassis or will you change it to a solid axle?
-
What happens when you put a different body on a chassis? I want to put a land rover series 2 body on a discovery chassis, series 2 is dereg and the discovery is still live would also be shortening the discovery chassis
-
Cut it out, it's part of the body not the chassis
