Being a NZer in Aus you get raped going to Doc, cost me $198 to see doc and get meds for ear infection. $110 for doc plus $88 meds. Plus tax is not including medicare levi, all up Top rate is 47c in the dollar and dont get anything for it. Thats life tho I guess. About 15 years ago I used to harrass a guy in NP to sell me his minta nz new AE86 Levin, always said if he was gonna sell it he would let me know, the time came for him to let it go and true to his word he gave me first dibs. Was only $3000 but as I had bought my first place (an apartment for $36,000 haha)i was boned out and let it pass. I ran into the guy who bought it in Auckland a few years back and he still owns it. I had to wait a few years until i was able to buy another one and had to pay 3x the price. FML.

Another time after i moved back from Auckland i was working as a whiteware delivery guy, nice stoner job. Went to an old ladies place, flash house overlooking the port. In her garage she had an old Chevy badged kingswood/statesman? Factory v8 that she had owned since new. Had a cracked windscreen and rust growing under the white vinyl roof. Got talking to her about it, she seemed to like me so went back later with a mate and managed to score it off her for him for $500. He was meant to do it up blah blah, didnt do anything to it and sold it for almost $4000 as is. I was gutted, shoulda bought it myself and hocked it off haha. That was about 8 or 9 years ago now? Mods to them (can be brief or detailed): The 86 has had full panel and paint, inside and out, full genuine Origin body kit, 15x9 -15 Work Equip 03s, adjusties, just about every T3 part available for the 86, safety 21 half cage, Kazama steering wheel, 5 Zigen N2 bucket seat with kouki passenger seat, TRD swaybars, TRD engine mounts, Cusco trans mount and front and rear strut braces, AE111 20v engine with all forged internals, crank, rods, custom Arias pistons, supertech valves, Toda cam gears, BHJ ballancer, Tomei flywheel, Tomei crank caps, ARP evrything, waiting on head work and cams to all go back together, Link to run it. Shit loads more but cant think at the moment. The H250 has had no love for awhile, is dereg and need a little bit of rust taken care of. Is the VIP Soverign, black, with 6 seater with front bench so will one day go back on the road for a sunday cruiser once money pit Levin is all sussed.

To be honest havnt really given it much thought? I just took it out before car got scrapped thinkin be good for a spare, Was about the only thing that saved me committing suicide over buying the car sight unseen. Was a rust bucket. Apparently had surface rust, the rust went the whole way throught the surface, and just about everywhere. Mrs said car just about folded in hald when being loaded onto the truck. I didnt bother pulling box out so just have engine, bellhousing, and starter. Its a carb one and went perfectly, purred like a kitten.

HI, I have one sitting on a pallet in my shed, removed it from my parts President about 6 months ago before the mrs called round the scrap metal man.......B#tch. Was thinking of using it to put in my good Pres and run the carby set up as was way smoother engine. Probably never get round to it tho as other car is taking up all my spare pingas.
