WOF rules say the headlight must be designed for LED. So you can replace the whole unit, but not put and LED inside something designed for Halogen. Some LED H4s are better than others. You will want to make sure there is a defined cut off at low beam and not a blobby blurry light.

You are looking at “Reasons for rejection” so it will fail if the light is not any of those.
/plate lights must be white.

Gas shocks have oil in them too.

If you push down on them and are not hard to push or they move fast, they are bad. If they are not extending back up by themselves, they are bad.
