You must have some massive tyres or low offset wheels to need flares. Do you really need them? Not sure if that body shape will suit them man.

Hey, Be a little wary of having any valve jobs done on a used motor. One time at band camp, I had a head redone to whack back on a used motor. The awesome valve sealing meant that the poor old rings couldn't contain the oil any more. And it became a smoker. Before that, it didn't use a drop.

* Small update.. Mechanic stripped off my 20v Silvertop for me, entire head sitting in pieces on his bench. Problem was, in the process of pulling it out, it looked like the muppet that sold it too me as a 'working' engine had somehow managed to seize the head, the cam with the VVTI had massive grooves and chunks missing out of it -.- and it looked like he had somehow heated it up as theres also burn marks all over the cams lol. Doesn't matter... I had a spare 20v Silvertop head, which was in A LOT better condition... He had a quick look at the block, and said the pistons for some odd reason looked good and there wasn't any marking on the block.. So probs just gonna flog it off on trademe for $1 reserve... Next up on the list is somehow making the Turbo manifold fit... Its obviously off a 16v head, and doesn't quite match up on the end two bolts on the 20v head, so come Monday/ Tuesday the 'newer' non buggered head will be tested/ skimmed and going to see if the Engine reconditioner can somehow add on something to make the manifold bolt onto all 5 holes properly.
