Leaderboard

I picked this up today Needs some love (idles from 3.5 - 4k, all bulbs died on the way home, 100km/h is full throttle in 5th(but it will do 110 in 4th!))), on the plus side it is reg'd and wof'd and goes well enough to keep up with traffic. Feel free to post inspiration here as I'm not sure what direction to take once the gremlins are sorted... It's a 1980 Suzuki GT200 X5 which is a 2 stroke, twin carb/exhaust/cylinder machine. It has drums up front which do a great job. I'm suspicious they aren't original as it also came with a disc front end and alloy wheels in the pile of spares

I have never ridden mine. Hah. Bought it with phucked brakes etc. Have almost rebuilt it. But yea, they are meant to have some minearls. 17hp or something. Same as a KLR250. Which has some dort. Sure they're no speed demon. But theyre no gn125 either. Who cares if its not quick. They are a very well proportioned little bike. And would be the perfect accessory to anyones lounge/bedroom. As well as the added ability to go and ride it somewhere then sit back and look at how cool it looks .
