Also seen as your wire wheeling up parts then applying paint to them which is great 

have you considered buying a sand blasting booth like this

nice and easy for all those small parts and also removes the rust/paint the part may have

leaving a nice surface to paint on

because a wire wheel will not remove all the rust mostly just surface stuff
