Isn't npt nominal bore? So 3/4 npt into a 1" hole sounds right, because to get a 3/4" hole you will need extra meat for the fitting, someone correct me if I am wrong but I think you are on the right track Russell.

True must be a DN size. Ok thanks for the feedback for confidence Rookie :) , Fittings and lines now ordered :)

2No -AN10 45° teflon bends

2No -AN10 SS Weld bungs

2No -AN10 90° teflon bends

2No -AN10 to ¾” NPT Oil fitting adaptor

2 meters AN10 braided teflon line

I like buying -AN fittings they are easy haha.

I wonder if I should pay an engineer to do the tread on my two heads (4No. Total), is quite a large size to fuck up if i go in wonky? Wonder how difficult a thread that size is to turn by hand?

Your mum has poor semen return to the head.

Oh no, I think you will find sea men always return for the head

I will see how its looking for space, worst case a grinder can make room. You could do similar to the RB but the machining would need to be done from scratch as the CA's require two off them in different configuration for some reason.

Nick Murray in Australia has just turned up two -AN10 weld in fittings to be the same press fit as the original 25mm welch plug and offered me a pair (pic VvV) but I wasn't so keen as I think it needs a fixing plate like the RB one to hold it firm from rattling out. Would also only gain 5 odd mm in depth saving. Reducing swarf risk would be the main advantage.
