ToMitz
Well, this happened last night. So now I have two. The wagon will be a daily for now and most likely parts in the future. Does anyone out there know where there might be a spare wagon tail door? this one is pretty rough.

ToMitz
Realized my higher compression chamber shape was interfering with my pistons which just would not do at all. Currently going through the process of milling down the top of each piston. photo showing before and after of pistons 2 and 3.
ToMitz
Decided to rebuild this wee fellow before I paint it. Did not realize that it would be full of needle rollers. Managed to retrieve them all from the floor and rebuild it without saying any bad words. Don't have any photos but the rest of the steering assembly and sub frame is coming along nicely with everything cleaned and undercoated, ready for paint.
ToMitz
Painted my door cards tonight, here is a comparison between the cards before and after. Sorry about the quality, also the lighting makes it look patchy, they look much nicer in real life. Still a vast improvement though.

ToMitz
Created a makeshift paint booth and gave some love to the sub-frame and various steering components. Looking much better. Getting hyped for the rebuild!
ToMitz
Sorry about the potato grade photos, lens on phone camera is smashed so this is the best I can capture for now.
ToMitz
Bit of a lull between posts, however.... It begins (the rebuild that is). Head currently back with Glen for the skim after finally timing it up to check valve to piston and compression. Taking 1.5 mm off it to raise compression. Backed out like a coward on 12.5:1 compression and am now aim for 11.5:1, at least for now . Computer and intake manifold to go as well as some paint and wires. Shifting house next week so body needs to move. So here is the beginnings of the sub-frame being refitted to get her rolling. Will be coming back apart once safely in the workshop.

ToMitz
All the bits for the new speeduino computer showed up this morning. No more distributor for this engine. Going to use this to run crank fire ignition. Time to dust off the soldering iron and see if I have retained any electrical skills.
