Snoozin
If you want a good bang for buck adjustable shock, I would personally start looking at Koni's as Dellorto suggested.
LingLing
yeh, what I meant was, TRD made by KYB. The rear shocks should be ok I think, no leaks or something.
Truenotch
They might not look like they're leaking oil, but they're a pressurized gas shock and the gas escapes over time. Easy test - take one out, push the shaft down, let it go and report your findings. If it pushes down too easily and doesn't return, dead shock. adamant
Two fantastic looking 86s there. Very impressive. You should try and get the guy with the Levin to put a build up on here, would be worth a read I think.
LingLing
Yeh, I will, he's my mate now. meet up for a coffee over the weekend. He has the car for more than ten years, so he pretty much did everything in his car. I love everything he has, pretty much same specs as mine, apart from the engine bay and suspensions lol. 4AG_Addict
What's the colour code from the silver build plate on the firewall in your car Andy? Is it 038?
LingLing
wow, 4age man, you're really a 86 freak! yeh it's 038 , the car was blue at one stage then got reprayed to panda. I don't really care about the colour tbh.. but it came with it so, oh well.

4AG_Addict
That's good, I was just curious, knew your one had been resprayed, but wondered what it was originally. Very very rare to see a GTV in the original 2N2 White/Black Panda, in fact i don't believe it was ever an option until mid 1985. So your one was originally white (038) like my Trueno GTV & Levin notch. I agree the Red looks good, really want to get a Red or Red/Black one for the collection next. LingLing
haha, that's bit depressing to watch it. I thought there would be massive crash in the end. But I knew it is an accident free car by the way. I know this car was well drifted and raced by him for sure. and It's just getting started. see what I can do with it! LingLing
here you go.http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-par ... 376077.htm Thanks, but not buying brand new, that's too much, I would rather import it from Japan if buying new.
