so what exacyly is happening with the engines? which will be the better of the two:? the one out of your escort or the engine your building for this?

They both have some strong points I supose. The new one im building is a 205 block so its stronger. Plus it is getting balanced and the rods stress relieved. It will be the one I keep as it is balanced and stronger.

The engine out the escort I think will sell as a high comp under 5000ks whole escort conversion kit.

I have decidied I dont like the high compression etc as to make the most of it you need to rev it. (which I dont like doing) The new engine will be large valve, vizzard port with inserts and only slightly higher comp. I still want to be able to use 96 as 98 is a hassle for an everyday car. (which the cortina will be).

Hmm yeah basically it.

Cheers for the comments. Love the wheels aye. Hated them when I first got the car. 1 day later I loved them. Have been thinking of flares and a wider band in the rim to make them stick out a bit. Dont know however.

is that still above legal height? what length lowring blocks do you have in there? looks mint dude! nice car

The leaf springs arnt attatched so it is pushing the whole axle up into the body hence why it is so low. Have three inch blocks in it but they are doing nothing for above reason. Car wont move how it is. Was just done as im waiting on Ubolts.. wanted to see how much guard clearance there would be and its fine at that height.
