Good work, I have been a bus mechanic/owner for 25 years and I like what you have done. I would say that in japan this would of been a Kindy bus, as the mainstream buses would of been higher in the roof, also the factory seat mounts would of been higher ( kindy buses have lower seats for the little ones).

yeah it does get a wee bit hot at the exhaust outlet about 400 degrees

The reason why they use NO2 instead of O2 is because of the safety factor,NO2 is just as much of an oxidiser as O2 but way safer for transport/useage, where as O2 is a bomb just waiting to go off sounds interesting Also have you thought of injecting LPG as a Liquid as it will cool the intake charge and also give u a boost in fuel/octane..

Well no this does not have the adjustable suspension, there was 2 setups a pneumatic and a hydraulic I have a full hydraulic set up in my shed not sure if I am going to install it.. I also have this Which had the digital dash and funky steering wheel/gear lever BUT I am scrapping it as it is to far gone have sold the dash to recoupe some of what it owes me,I will also use the intake manifold on the upgrade I will be doing to the RX in the near future...

Yeah you can do that but by Christ its hard work it's hard enough doing it in the normal 5 gears as it revs hard and fast I usually just do high range on the open road and low around town....

Yeah it not a huge low range but it certainly makes a difference around town

When I got her A couple of guys on here Knew this car before i got her namely Waimaks/Johnnyfive and Keltik as it was Waimaks before i got her she was in pretty good condition BAR the rust at the bottom of the "A" pillars so I welded the rust up and plated some Here is the stuff i used,also fish oiled the bugger to try and slow the rust down I also built an exhaust Down pipe of the turbo Mid section,Has since had an extra Muffler fitted as it was deemed to loud The nice shiney stainless muffler well it was till i painted it The engine as it got the car,EA82t 1800cc OHC turbo the only real change was a BOV and only because i was given it Next was the rims as i have a few sets to try it started with the original "H" rims which were a wee bit boring I tried these 13" ones first But i think these 14" are way better and as I got 2 sets of "rally" tires for $80 I should have tires for awhile How she looks now

also if there is no removal threads in the drums, U can drill and tap some yourself (easier if you know how the hub looks under it) just drill an 6.5mm hole then tap it with an 8mm bottoming tap, you can tell when you go from drum to hub as the drums are cast iron(Usually) and the drilling swarf will be a grey powder, the hubs should be steel so will get a normal swarf, u will need to drill into the hub a few mm's to allow tap to work

Looking good I have built a few trailers in my time, and a multi use one is an awesome idea I have a plan in my head to do similiar using the dual rears of a Mazda Bongo one thing i would of done a wee bit different is where the bracket for the mud guards come out i would of made them as wide as the mudguards,So that if you clip a post or something the guards are protected these bits right out
