  1. yeh that's something I must do, probably not for a while tho , It's not only the bottom of the sill, it's the bottom of the front guards as well. Despite the can paint, The side trim is the best spray job I have ever done. looks new, Also I am very surprised It also matches up the front bumper plastic colour. Next step suspensions.
  2. very nice interior man. it's funny Door cards and rear seat cards are different to Jap imports So want your seats and other tidy bits.
  3. god, that wheel arch is porn man. Have you checked it with CFX or similar fluid mechanics package? It might make lifting force rather than down force.
  4. so while putting the bumper on, I mise just take the guards out to check the rust etc. mainly clean the Dirt and Leafs at bottom of the guards. and also surface rust killed primed up the door hinges. While Everything Looks super clean, There are some surface rust at the draining exit area. The reason for this mainly is because of shit design. There are three lays of metal and it is sealed with these factory sealant. So,bent the last layer slightly, Sand, rust kill primer, Epoxy enamel paint. The other side I probably pushed bit too hard, found a small hole from a sealant came off. looks very factory, so the sealant covered up a hole from factory? Anyway, again sand, rust kill primer, epoxy enamel paint then sealed it with urethane. Also, sanded the bottom of the front wheel arch to check rust, found only steel. so that's good sign. Fish oiled the bottom of two guards ,and Put everything back. the new bumper looks shit? or I need to get used to it.
  5. This thing is here today. Going to put it on. If anyone have a Nearly new , or good condition Rear Zenki bumper(coupe, or hatch, 85,86,levin, trueno all the same) please let me know.
  6. Tightened up all the exhaust bolt, still have start up tapping noise. it does seems go away few seconds or warm up later. Overall the engine is bit noisy compare to new modern engine due to the exhaust manifold mod?. but then it isn't as noisy as the last Megasquirt bluetop. Currently running 10-40, ok next oil change would be 15 40.
  7. I thought 20v injectors are very robust. the blue top ones are bit noise. I don't know but doesn't sound like them. will get screwdriver attach to my ears to hear the noise.
  8. Nah, changed it 1 month ago, I always change them every 6 month and hardly drive these oldschool cars tbh.
  9. From the engine, or some part of the engine. shell hx7 10w40 http://www.shell.com/home/content/produ ... x_hx7/hx7/
  10. It's definitely on my to do list. just trying to ask more reasons on this issue bro.
  11. No, didn't use new gaskets either. they're piece of metal like gasket, and no damage on them, why should I need to replace it? solid lifters, so what else could cause the noise?
  12. yeh, that could be a problem. I know in fact I miss one of the exhaust bolt. However, I have noticed the tapping before I changed the exhaust system.
  13. It's already leaking like a drop a two a day., i am happy with that. hopefully it won't leak like 10 drops a day? better ideas?
