  1. Sweet score! F is the successor to the U series and predecessor to the FR models. You'll want to fill that side tank with 2t oil and bleed the pump ASAP, old Suzuki's have what they called CCI lubrication, the left crank bearing is oiled directly by a line from the pump and not from fuel. Depending on year it also is the main oil source for the big end bearing too, injected on the left of the left bearing, makes it's way through that into a plate that is pressed into a hole in the end of the crank pin.
  2. No, just park it on the trailer thanks.
  3. Good luck with the STA bends. I tried to save a few bucks with them too, the steel they've used is shit and seems to go brittle and crack. Had one completely snap off right after the flange of my turbo (before you think it was my weld failing it snapped about 10mm behind the weld) leaving me with a rather loud trip between Tauranga and Gisborne. Then another big crack further down by the muffler, I added extra bracing and this last WOF check they pointed out a hole about the size of a 10c coin just completely blown out with 2 big cracks spreading from it. Been a year and I'm about to remake my complete exhaust from better material.
  4. How many lines does it have? I'm spotting 4. In from tank, out to pump/rail, overflow back to tank and return from rail/fpr.
  5. Normally return line from fuel pressure regulator.
  6. This one's about 50kg of steel and however much 2mx4m of 20mm wood weighs, decent heft to it but still rolls super easy and smooth. And yes, I was rather proud of my cocoa
  7. Looks like I make gates now as well as mow lawns and all the other shit I find myself doing ha Chur @Geophy for the steel hook up + delivery and advice etc!
  8. Also Kapuni plant, they cut production way back while doing upgrades to the plant but should be back in full production by now.

Looks to be pit bike style.
  10. No, boc won't touch them. Strange that a big place like CHCH doesn't have any in stock anywhere while there's 4 places here in Gisborne with them ready to go including 2 places with the E size cylinders.
  11. Yeah but they've been building crazy Prius motors in Thailand for ages so you should just give up.
  12. I've got that one (and the bigger belt+disc sander they do), I've used the belt for tungsten a bit in the past and it worked fine, but I've now got a green silicon carbide wheel on it that I use only for tungstens.
  13. Peugeot 307 and 407 (maybe not all versions) Think some Nissan's like the Cube have 120A too.
  14. It's pretty typical for these. Was told to try tilting it/lifting the back right up for a few seconds before starting when cold, might be a Barry tale but it always seemed to work for mine.
  15. Full forwards on the throttle lever, then pull it back a bit once running to turn off.
  16. Remove the idle mixture screw and blast out the hole it was in with carb/brake cleaner, should spray out a hole in the front of the carb as well as internally, they get blocked up a lot and give hunting idle. Linkage doesn't directly control butterfly, I've had a couple that were either idle or max nang with nothing in between thanks to fucky governor. 17. I still rate my BOC highly, it's called a 200 but it's actually 210A. https://mytools.co.nz/products/boc-smootharc-tig-200-ac-dc?pr_prod_strat=collection_fallback&pr_rec_id=26b01ce58&pr_rec_pid=4459075469347&pr_ref_pid=4516669259811&pr_seq=uniform
  18. Take your empty to them to get it refilled rather than swapped.

I'm guessing nothing besides dereg and possibly dodgy legality.
  20. They do a weldskill 135 inverter now too For the money I'm very impressed with the BOC Raptor mig I got, it's a lot more capable than I am lol. https://mytools.co.nz/products/raptor-160-mig-welder-10amp Should have got the 180 though.
  21. Bonus with Bunnings is if you ever run out of gas on a weekend etc they are open. Also $118 for a D with trade card, $126 retail. I was with BOC on the D plan ages back, but if you don't use your 2 full bottles in 12 months you've still got to pay the full year payment etc.
  22. MIGgas from Bunnings/other Coregas supplier imo.
