  1. Nah, last I saw it, it was factory and I'm fairly certain Chris sold it in that state, I think the most he did was wheels and height due to novelty factor of the car. I went to school with Chris and bumped into him randomly after I moved back down here and he had it then, that was a few years ago now though.
  2. //oldschool.co.nz/index.php?/topic/41665-californian-te31-with-a-1uz/ Broooo. Did you but this off of Chris from Invercargill or afterwards?
  3. //oldschool.co.nz/index.php?/topic/41625-kiwi510s-back-but-with-a-s3-rx7/ Broooooo, long time no see, good to have you back on here man. Keen to scope this seven at some point if you're ever down these ways again Hayden.
  4. I can't help but think some filigree style design on either side cap, mirrored, would look cooler than 3 crown logos. I assume factory Crown door cards have some embossed filigree design on them that you could use to replicate such.
  5. Holy fucking awesome, square. So cool.
  6. This car continues to amaze and astound me, so, so sweet. I'm not generally an E7 fan but this fucking amazing. So cool.
  7. Jealous. It's coming together so sweetly, good work.
  8. These are some SSR as well as my puzzle nut. They work perfectly on my 310.
  9. I guarantee you'll be able to get some that fit without getting them from Japan. I got puzzle nuts that fit from my local speed shop.
  10. The Nikon got a few better shots as far as focus goes but the Olympus ones look a little better. So basically if I had a faster auto-focus then I'd prefer it to be in an Olympus body.
  11. They're all up. http://www.kiwimotoring.com/blog http://www.kiwimotoring.com/blog/post/event-highlands-101 http://www.kiwimotoring.com/blog/post/event-highlands-101-part-2 http://www.kiwimotoring.com/blog/post/event-highlands-101-part-3
  12. Rears with orange and either solid orange fronts or fifty fifty splits.
  13. That dirt is a nice wee Tree't.
  14. Fuck yeah, big block a-series. The 310 goes pretty well for what it is, I think you'll be happy with the upgrade.
  15. How common are the tail-lamps? I can't help but think it would look a lot better with a section out of another lamp instead of something random. You could even cut it as such that you would remove the majority of the ability to see the edges completely so it would look like one smooth lamp, fab a patch for the bottom section, etc.
  16. Taking a couple of inches out is all good and that one with orange steels he posted is pretty close to perfect. It's when they get 3-5" screens that they start to look quite silly indeed.
  17. It's a 2 door convert, I believe (Speeno?) but still sweet.
  18. It could definitely be worse though, it could look like this one: http://www.powerful-cars.com/php/chevrolet/1950-special-styleline-2door-business-coupe-custom.php
  19. It does have that sort of awkward "Plymouth" look about it with the current angles.
  20. Also, I think the roof will look OK once you sit the sills level. It shares a similar gradient to the front screen really, I guess leveling the sill might make the rear incline a little more but I'll do chop at some point to see. Probably wait until you've got the front end on. I wouldn't be too worried about re-doing it anyway unless you wanted to go all out 3" tall window spec/destroy the cars shape completely. Edit: It looks as though that one has a slightly less taken out height wise too though, maybe an inch less.
