  1. Well my daily with rebuilt engine passed reg n wof so im good for whenever. Not exactly old school, but old enough to be quirky as hell
  2. Come on, I don't wanna choke it Anyway, gotta get a Morris running for a mate tomorrow (wish me luck), so skoda on sunday
  3. I had to Google that. I may also have slight Mechanophilia
  4. Found this in my bosses Identicar books. Adjusted for inflation, that's something like $21,000
  5. Bit late for a ride now methinks ill try get to the next one tho, my daily (with freshly rebuilt engine by yours truly) is going for its wof tomorrow so I should definitely have transport
  6. My mates dad might appreciate some morris bits, I swapped the morris back to him in exchange for two Jowett Javelins im still doing the work on his morris's tho lol
  7. 7 cars. None road legal. At least not till friday and even then theyre all in goon lol
  8. Any of you guys live in the islington (moffett st) area? Got no car atm but would love to meet u fellas so if I could maybe hitch a ride that'd be awesome give ya a woodstock or two for your trouble
  9. Alright project is now officially revived! So, couple bits of news, im renting a 6mx6m double garage for my projects (I picked up two Jowett Javelins and very quickly outgrew the driveway... 7 cars total...) skoda is first on the list, its getting put in there this weekend and started on straight away. Also, a few ideas, help me out here: vehicle was manufactured in Czech republic, so would it be cool or interesting to change the dash writing to Czech with English underwriting? I thought it might add some retro appeal
  10. Apologies for the double post, but if u guys are doing the Sheffield etc run, check my post from bottom of last page
  11. Just an idea guys (I'd have to run it past the olds first anyway lol) but im In goon, and depending on numbers, you guys could all drop by for bbq lunch or something, sit around, swap yarns. Allows u fellas to cool down after the drive, and allows me to check out ur rides and listen to your stories (4 1/2 cars, none roadworthy...). All I'd ask is everyone chip in, someone brings meats, someone brings drinks, or whatever. Thoughts?
