    16L colt boot

Used the Scotts auto rubber part number, asked Basis after checking profile, arrived as overnight delivery, south island, 4m $90 including shipping. Has metal tracks in it so it pushed on and holds very well Part number 322.030 is a x 4m cut length of 322.006, which they had on a roll Used maybe 3.5m

    16L colt boot

Quick and small query to anyone in the know... Is there a photo or idea as to what to use for a 16L colt boot seal? Seal is on the boot, but looking for the seal that's glued to the body of the car. Any ideas? (It'd for this I've had painted)
  4. Question with your seals... Did you by the door seals off rare spares only? Or did you also get the weatherstrip for the top of the door (called door belt as well I believe) Trying to find that part for my 16L, including the rear seat side window belt seals
  5. I think they are 10 bolters. But I'm sure there's also an 8 bolt one out there to. I'll know more on Friday when I can get home and under the car for a look
  6. That's awesome! That's pretty much the answer I was hoping to get. From memory, I'm not really sure if there are many/any diffs non-factory that fit nice anyways
  7. I have a 16l colt build with a reconed 4g63 with mild cam jobby done.... Any ideas on a suitable diff to match? Unsure of current diff, if from the l200 as well, it's probably fine as it is I'd imagine

    16l colt...

Were there rear seatbelts factory in the coupe model of the 16L? I have noticed mounts on the rear pillar but didn't seem to be any corresponding ones for belts... Perhaps this was for those leather Jesus handles?
  9. Looking at getting New wheels for an old colt.... Any ideas what sort of offset I should be looking at? I'm not really up to spec with wheel selection at all...
  10. Yah, 2l I figured the same deal, but the 4k being a 1.3 (?) And I don't know lots about jetting, so am after the sizes for it
  11. Quick question for those in the know... Acquired a 32/36 dgv weber for a 4g63 rwd early 80's sigma. Originally off a 4k motor that was running. Does anyone know, or know how to figure out, what i need to rejet it with? Cheers in advance
  12. Yup. From what I can see, they only have stuff for l200 utes
  13. Good point. 16l knew I forgot something in the post. The profiles look right, it's the physical length/fitment that I'm unsure of, so don't know what I'd gain out of sending a sliver up there
  14. http://www.rarespares.net.au/mobile/productlistings/?type=partsfinder&brand=MITSUBISHI&model=GALLANT&car=36A&productgroup=WEATHER+STRIPS+%26+RUBBERS Horrid link paste I know... Any ideas on if these rivers (coupe ponds of course) are good for the NZ version of the colt? I can't see why it wouldn't fit... The Chch rep was asking if I could bring a sample in, but living in Dunedin makes this a bit difficult. Any ideas? I personally think it'll be a goer (full rubber kits available on the site somewhere to)
  15. found the belt mounts. previous owner had glued some cheap carpet over the holes without cutting them out. no luck with holes for the stalk side in the tunnel. surely that stalk/ fabric isn't attached to that wee nut on the seat itself, opposite side to the recliner lever?
