i know the subject has been done a bazillion times,but a mate is trying to track down his old mark 1 escort as he wants to try get it back .ive carjammed it,its on exemption class B (farm use??),so it may or may not be dead,either way he wants to know.i know i can buy the report on carjam but apparently the new privacy laws means carjam cant release private owner details.is there any way we can find it besides carjam??

Have you tried to get owner deets?
If the owner hasn't opted out I think you can still get them.

not yet,as far as we can tell it hasnt had a warrant since he sold it so it should be with the same owner in theory but their details were lost long ago
