smash the ceramic out of a spark plug and weld a grease nipple on it.
then pump some grease in there.

if the heads off used the head bolts to bolt some angle or channel down with a hole in the middle with the big nut welded on and wind a bit bolt in to force piston down and free it up if you ar lucky.

or warmed up diesel has never not worked for me

Will most probably break the rings and it may have pitted the bore but nothing will turn back the hands of time (barring a Delorean)

auto trans fuild + acetone is supposed to make boss penetrating oil never tried it though.
.
This shit is magic always have some mixed up, if you can get it MEK is better than Acetone, doesnt evaporate as quickly. A few cycles of heat and this shit has worked well for me

ive heard the grease trick can crack heads and cylinders so that would be a very very last resort.

fill with diesel, light on fire
grease would probably work, iv used it to pop various small pistons out (brakes)
top tip for removing a stuck head (but pistons move) stuff a rag down the sparkplug hole and crank over by hand
edit* I have also set up some blocks of wood and a hub puller to get a stuck piston out. Take care in setting this up as if you do it wrong you will break fins
