i dont reckon you should lower it,
i think manual conversion / engine conversion,
may be better shocks, but keep it stock...ish looking
too many starlets are dumped,

Thank you for your words of wisdom.

I wasn't too keen on lowering it cause it seems quite cliche to do so.

I will definitely need either new shocks/springs/tyres, because whenever I go over bumps in the road, the tyres scrape.

Thoughts on any particular engine for the car?

Cheers.

shocks and springs won't fix that, unless you go stiffer at a similar height. you need skinnier tyres

Slap some 175/50's on those hotwires! Would look super sweet with a drop!

Will do next pay day.

Can you recommend anyone on the Shore who does cheap tyres?

Also, anyone want to buy some 205/60/R13 tyres?

huh. lowered starlets look good. its just the usual trailer wheels (modgies) big tyres & people removing the bumpers that makes them look horrible.

those hotwires look alright on it. do this :

Thats how we do, WoF isnt due until July, so it got ages to get it done.

Besides, the tape is the same color of the car, so basically fixed.
