Hi ladies and gentlemen!

Next year, we are proposing a club display for oldschool.co.nz at the 4 and Rotary Nationals in Auckland to raise our public profile and use it as an opportunity for the general public to "get a taste" of our wee community and find out what it's all about. This is their 15th anniversary event so it's being heavily marketed and should hopefully draw a sizeable crowd.

What I am asking for is interest in the following -

* entering your vehicle (subject to moderator approval) in the display
* attending the day as part of a team of oldschool folk, so we are visible and to be there to speak to randoms about the community!
* purchasing some apparel specifically produced for the occasion
* assisting in organising and setting up the display

I do have a shortlist of vehicles I would like to see on the display and these owners have been asked if they're keen on attending. No doubt I would have overlooked some cars so input is most appreciated as far as this goes. Be aware that absolute mintness is not a prerequisite. Presentable dailies, race cars, weekend toys, utes, TRUCKS - we want to showcase the whole scope that oldschool covers (and yes I have asked the 4nR guys if we can have V8's... this is an affirmative).

Post up or PM interest... keen to make this a sweet showing and do it properly

Thanks!!!

Keen to give you a hand with any and all aspects covered above Richy. Just sing out.

"custom" apparel would be sweet, I know someone who could throw together a design or two.

Will enter as many as the club needs :)

I may even enter one as part of the Mazda club stand, depending on their requirements.

Toot Toot Timmay / Apex / Graham is an embroider so could help with club apparel (Shirts, Hats, Hoodies, etc...)...

He's typically always keen to help.

Also you can use the 205 if you want, it didn't go down that well last time but if you need a space filler...

Will probably be there with the Lynchbuilt crowd again next year. Will definitely come have a gander and spin a yarn with the Oldschool folk though. Will be keen on buying shirts n what not if something gets sorted out.
