rear wheel had serious waggle technology in use, and the taper roller bearings are a 75euro each (made from unobtainium), not to mention needing a new set of nuts and new axle. so they went flying and made a new axle, spacers and nuts out of readilyavailablex, sleeved and slammed in some sealed metric ballbags.

narrowed the big boy tractor saddle and moved it back, ditched springs to move it so ride is suitably rougher.
replaced that shithouse clutch cover with a chopped hubcap

these biker buildoff chaps have everyone thinking about bikes, myself included. so time to play with the bike!
relocated plate and light, ditched the frankenseat for a brooks saddle and leaf spring - thank you falcon leaf pack. chopped and welded the bars, perhaps a little too enthusiastically, but theyll do for now.

thoughts and abuse please!

bars and seat got the flick again haha! stole the sprung seat off mk1 monnshine haul bike. it's pretty much a scale version of the original wide-ass enfield saddle, and got some norton flat bars on there too, same as pictured but with a milder bend. much easier to use, same look

primary chain tension issues seem to have settled down as i've returned everything back to sloppy. should have know it was the only way it would work. british engineering - never tighten anything up
