They are nixie tubes,
Oldschool version of LCD screens used to be used old caculators, computers, etc. 1950's-60's?
People mainly make clocks out of them now.
They are like a light bulb but their filament is a numeral and they have 10 filaments from 0 to 9 in one tube.
